The design is a press on press structure meaning the top part is placed on the bottom part. The top part is 2/3 of the overall size.
Delivery cost will depend on difficulty of access. Stairs etc. the unit can be delivered in two seperate cartons to upstairs locations for example an upstairs bedroom.

To lift the top half onto the bottom requires three men lift.
The customer can do it themselves if they have three strapping young sons and a young neighbour to help.
Inexperienced persons will need a man on each corner. Then, two screws secure the top half to the bottom half.
This item is intended for domestic use. It may not be suitable for commercial usage, and the normal warranty may be voided if it is used for commercial purposes.
